The Middle School Public Debate Program is the world's largest initiative for class and contest debating. Specifically designed to meet the needs of students in the middle grades (ages 10-14), it serves more than 40,000 students per year in the United States and around the world. We are committed to sound pedagogy, rigorous practice, accessible materials and meaningful community service.

This website is under construction. Please be patient while we transition into the new site. If you have questions about the program in the meantime, please email MSPDP Co-Director Kate Shuster: kate.shuster[at]
